Our story
2022PartnerUp was founded in 2022 by three partners who had seen the same problem from both sides: growing Australian businesses that needed more capacity but couldn't justify the cost and risk of another local hire, and outsourcing options that either left them managing everything or put an agency layer in the way.
So we built a different model. Every PartnerUp client gets a dedicated team member who works only for them, recruited to their brief and chosen by them. The client directs the work. We take care of everything on the employment side, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll and compliance.
We're based in Adelaide, with delivery from our Hub in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
